License key not detected

1. Check the variable name: REVISIONARY_LICENSE_KEY.
2. Check the key has no quotes or spaces, and starts with RVSN_.
3. Restart Strapi: environment variables are read at startup.
4. On Docker or a PaaS, check the variable is set in the runtime environment, not only at build time.
