    History and differences

    • A version on every save, from the Content Manager, the REST API, GraphQL, the Document Service, cron jobs and imports. Autosave every 60 seconds while you edit.
    • Word-level differences, inline or side by side, inside nested components and dynamic zones. Images compared with a slider, a fade or side by side.
    • Version timeline, comparison of any two versions, named versions, the history of one field, search inside past versions, and the status of each translation.

    Restore and recover

    • Restore only the ticked fields, undoable for 10 minutes. Locked fields are never restored, excluded fields never recorded.
    • Trash: a deleted entry comes back as a draft with its original identifier, its history included.

    Teamwork

    • Reviews with comments, mentions and suggestions accepted in one click. Approve or request changes.
    • Edit locks: the second person asks for access, answered in Strapi or by email, Slack or Microsoft Teams.

    Administration

    • Audit log with filters and CSV export. Retention per content type, with a projection before saving.
    • GDPR erasure and IP anonymisation. English, French and Spanish interface, light and dark themes.

    Install

    Unzip into src/plugins/, add REVISIONARY_LICENSE_KEY to .env, enable the plugin in config/plugins.ts and rebuild the admin.
