Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to every subscription to the Revisionary plugin bought on getrevisionary.com by professionals and consumers.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, which sells the subscription on our behalf, collects the price, computes and remits VAT, and issues the invoice.

3. Prices

Prices are shown excluding VAT on the pricing page. VAT is computed at checkout from your country and VAT number. EU businesses with a valid VAT number outside France are invoiced with reverse charge.

4. Subscription and renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, at the price in force. We remind yearly subscribers 7 days before renewal.

5. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, without giving a reason, by writing to support.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. No partial refund is made after the 14-day window.

7. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we retry several times. After the last attempt, the license enters a 14-day grace period, then the plugin stops recording new versions. Existing history is never deleted.

8. Governing law

French law applies. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
