Refund policy

14-day refund

If Revisionary is not right for you, write to support within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. No questions asked.

After 14 days

You can cancel at any time: your plan runs until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. We do not refund partial periods.

Upgrades

When you upgrade mid-period, you pay the prorated difference. That amount is refundable within 14 days as well.

How refunds are paid

Our Merchant of Record refunds the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A credit note is issued and appears in Billing.
