Data we process

• Account: email, name, password hash, sessions.
• Billing: company, address, VAT number, invoices. Card data is handled by Polar, our merchant of record, never by us.
• License activations: domain, the hosts the Strapi admin is reached on, Strapi and plugin versions, IP address and country of the server calling the license API.
• Audience measurement, with your consent only: pages viewed, referrer, device and approximate location, through Google Analytics (see the cookie policy).
• Support requests and their content.

Purposes and legal bases

Contract performance (account, licenses, downloads, support), legal obligations (invoices, accounting), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, service security).

Retention

Account data while the account exists, invoices 10 years, license API logs 12 months by default.

Processors

• Polar Software, Inc. (United States), our merchant of record: payments, VAT and invoices.
• IONOS SE: hosting, on servers located in France.
• Our email provider, for transactional emails.
• Google Ireland Limited, for audience measurement (Google Analytics), with your consent only.

Transfers outside the EU, to Polar and Google in particular, rely on standard contractual clauses and, for Google, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. Export or delete your data from Settings, or write to privacy@getrevisionary.com. You can complain to the CNIL.

The plugin

The plugin stores your content history in your own database. We never receive your content.
