Billing questions
Prices exclude VAT. EU companies with a valid intra-community VAT number are invoiced with reverse charge. French customers and individuals are charged French VAT at 20%. The rate is recalculated live at checkout once you enter your country and VAT number.
Every payment produces a PDF invoice in Billing. Update your company name, address or VAT number and a past invoice can be regenerated with the corrected details.
Yes, on Enterprise. Send us your PO and we invoice annually with 30-day terms. Card and SEPA direct debit are available on every paid plan.
You pay the prorated difference for the remaining days, and the new plan price applies from the next renewal. The exact amount is shown before you confirm.
